from scratch: supporting craft businesses, disruptors and makers

This blog is for everyone who makes something from scratch:

As makers, we're all part of the same movement, all characterised by a search for a more sustainable economy. And deeper, more friendly relationships with the people who buy our products and services.

Often, the customer is also a maker — using the product to make something new (whether it's cocktails, clothes, or cake). They're at eye level with your company, and they want to get the most out of what they've bought. That's why 'support' seems so much more fitting a term than 'customer service'.

I've put together this 6-question survey to learn how I can help you set up, scale and deliver support at your company.

As a thank-you for taking part, you can opt into a free mystery shop and benchmarking review at the end.

I'm looking forward to learning more about you, and making this the best resource it can be.
